Prices
All the prices mentioned on our website are guide prices based on the price of the product on a particular day. However, the price you will pay will be according to the price of the product at the time of delivery. Prices of all products are inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated. Please note that the price of the product does not include the service and delivery charges. These will be charged at the time of delivery accordingly. If there is an unacceptable change between the price of the product on the website and the price charged, you can ask for a refund.
Availability.
In case we are unable to supply a particular item you need, we will deliver a substitute product. You can give instructions if you do not want a substitute. If the substitute item costs more than the product you selected even then we will charge you according to the price of the actual item you selected.
Please note that orders in large quantity will be fulfilled as per the availability of stock in the store.
Acceptance
Before dispatching the order, there will not be any kind of contract between the customer and us. We will be not accountable for anything we do or say until we actually dispatch the order. We can decline the supply of your order before the delivery, without giving you any particular reason. The contract will be made at the time when the goods are dispatched and only then you will be charged.
The Goshoppe.co.in grocery home delivery service is available for non-commercial and domestic use only. We hold the complete right to deny any orders for non-domestic or commercial purposes.
Delivery
The items will be delivered at the address specified by you. The order will be delivered to the main entrance of the mentioned address. However, as per your request our drivers can assist you to carry your orders to a particular address. This can be done only if you allow the driver to so and if our driver finds it safe to take the delivery in.
In case we are unable to deliver to your area we will give you a prior notice. The time of the delivery will be decided when placing the order.
At Goshoppe we follow a ‘Think21’ policy, where the receipt of the delivery is to be signed by an adult of age 18 years or above. If the person receiving the order looks under 18 then proof of age will be required.
At the time of delivery if there is no one to receive the orders then the goods may be retained by the driver. The driver will leave a notification of attempted delivery. To get your delivery back you are requested to call our Customer Service Centre to re-arrange. (See below for contact details)
For redelivery of the order further charges may apply.
The time of the delivery may vary and Goshoppe will not be held responsible for late deliveries in full due to circumstances beyond our control.
General.
All products delivered by Goshoppe shall be governed by and constructed as per the laws of India. Any dispute will be decided according to the Indian courts. If the court of competent authority regards any of our delivered products as unlawful, invalid and unenforceable, in whole or part, this will not affect the cogency of other items delivered. Rest of the items will be considered fully valid and enforceable the extent permitted by the law.

Services overview
Goshoppe reserves the complete right to collect the following information for the registration purpose only: Name (including first and last name), alternate email address, mobile phone number and contact details, Postal code, Demographic profile (like your age, gender, occupation, education, address etc.) Also, we can ask for information related to the pages on the site you visit/access, the links you click on the site, the number of times you access the page and any such browsing information.
Eligibility
Services provided by the site are only available selected areas in India. Anyone who is are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including un-discharged insolvents etc. are not allowed to use the site. People under the age of 18 but at least 13 can use the site under adult supervision who agrees to the Terms of Use of the site. Those under the age of 18 can avail the services parents or legal guardians transact on behalf of them. Goods for the use of adults are strictly prohibited to be purchased by minors.

Account & Registration Obligations
For placing orders on Goshoppe, users are requested to register and login on the Site. It is advised to register by entering correct and current details to make communication related to your purchase easy. Once you have agreed to the terms and conditions, you agreed to receive all sort of promotional communication and newsletters as you registered. You can leave the account by unsubscribing in "My Account" or by contacting our customer service representors.
Pricing
Price of every item on displayed on the Site will be sold at MRP unless or otherwise specified. The prices will be charged according to the price of your order on the day of the delivery. Prices usually don not fluctuate however, in case of some fresh food prices may vary. If the prices are higher or lower at the time of delivery no additional charges will be charged or refunded.
Cancellation by Site / Customer
Goshoppe gives their customers the right to cancel their orders anytime they want before the departure of the order by simply calling our customer service department. Any payments made will be refunded back.
Goshoppe reserves the complete rights to cancel any transaction that we suspect is fraudulent or does not imply to the terms and conditions of the company. We can deny access of any fraudulent customer to our site without giving any prior notice.
You Agree and Confirm
· If any event occurs because of your mistake such as providing incorrect information then you will be charged for the loss.
· It is mandatory that you use all the services granted by this Site for lawful and authorize purposes only. You are bound to the laws and regulation of the site while using or transacting on this site.
· You are requested to provide true and complete details wherever needed by the site. GOSHOPPE reserves the complete right to authenticate your given data at any point of time. If you fail to provide accurate information (wholly or partly), GOSHOPPE can terminate all your accounts and orders and can refrain all your rights from using the site without prior notice.
· By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree to access this site and the services provided, at your own risk. You also agree to do any transaction on this site using your best prudent judgement.

Images and Colours
Goshoppe tries to present the products in their actual colours, however the colour of the product may vary depending upon your monitor screen. We cannot guarantee that the colours displayed by your monitors are completely like the original product.
Modification of Terms & Conditions of Service
GOSHOPPE reserves the complete right to modify and change the terms and condition of the Site at any time without giving prior notice to its customers. Modified version of the terms and condition can be accessed via the site. In case you do not agree to the new set of rules, you can quit using our website. But if you continue using our services then you are bound to follow the new rules. To avoid any inconvenience we request you to keep visiting the terms and conditions of the site on daily basis.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The User Agreement of GOSHOPPE shall be constructed under the applicable laws of India. Any proceeding arising with the reference to this contact shall have exclusive jurisdiction by The Courts at Bangalore. In case of any dispute or difference cause either because of the interpretation or otherwise of any terms of this User Agreement between the parties hereto, the same shall be referred to an independent arbitrator who will be appointed by GOSHOPPE and his decision shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The above arbitration shall be in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The arbitration shall be held in Bangalore. The High Court of judicature at Bangalore alone shall have the jurisdiction and the Laws of India shall apply.
Reviews, Feedback, Submissions
Any comments, suggestions, complains, feedbacks, postcards etc. sent or offered to the site or by the site or otherwise related with any connection to the site shall be remain as the property of GOSHOPPE. Such disclosure, submission or offer of any Comments shall constitute an assignment to GOSHOPPE of all worldwide rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual properties in the Comments. GOSHOPPE owns the complete rights to disclose, modify, create, publish, and print any of your Comments, without any restriction or permission from you. GOSHOPPE is and shall not be obliged to:

Termination
This User Agreement will remain operative and effective until and unless terminated by either the user or the GOSHOPPE’s officials. Users can terminate this agreement at any point, however after termination users are requested to quit using the Goshoppe’s site. GOSHOPPE can terminate this User Agreement without giving any prior notice to its users at any time and can restrict your access to the site. In case of terminating the User Agreement either by you or GOSHOPPE, you must immediately delete all the data or material downloaded from the site, whether made before the termination of the User Agreement. Termination of the Agreement shall not cancel your obligation to pay for any product ordered from the website.
Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, you can do it until the amendment cut off point that is specified in your order confirmation. In order to cancel your order click on ‘My Account’ option and then on ‘My grocery’ orders and cancel the order. You can call us on 8500307777 to cancel your order
Orders cannot be cancelled via emails.
Return & Refund
Peace of mind when you change yours.
At Goshoppe, we try to deliver products up to your expectation but at times customers change their mind. If you change your mind then please return the product within 30 days, with complete purchase proof and receipts. We will take the product back and will return/exchange it happily.
In case of some health related products such as toothbrushes or innerwear and unsealed items, we will not refund the money back.
It is requested that you return any perishable item with their expiry date.
Clothing items should be returned in unworn, sealable condition with all the tags still attached.
Note: if the item is broken or damaged, we will not provide you with a full refund.
Not up to scratch – no problem!
If any of our product turns faulty within 12 months from purchase, we will provide a full refund or free replacement and repair.
When you return goods
Customers can return or exchange any good by giving it back to the delivery driver or to the store. You can also call us on 9000102010 for refunds. When returning the goods, we request you to return it in the exact same condition as it was at the time of the delivery.
Receiving your refund
The money will be refunded in the same way you paid for the order.
· Credit/Debit cards
For payments made from credit/debit card, the money will be transferred back to the same card, with 3-5 business days.
· Club card vouchers
If the product was purchased at an offer price then the refund will be based on that price. Points on club card earned on the purchase of product being returned will be subtracted from your account.

Goshoppe’s return/refund policy does not alter your legal rights to change any product that you are not completely satisfied with. We have mentioned the easiest way to return your purchase above. You can always ask for refund/return if you change your mind.
