Refund & Return policy
Goshoppe thanks all the buyers for shopping with us.
- We regret bringing you here to this return/refund page, however by any chance if you are dissatisfied by our product or services. Do not worry; Goshoppe is at your concern. The products purchased are refundable but upon condition that it has to be returned within 3 days of delivery and the product should remain unaltered.
- The refund/return is to be verified and confirmed by the management. Oneshoppe Solutions Pvt Ltd. holds the right to disapprove a refund/return if the condition of the product dented.
Return:
- You can make a claim for return within a span of 2 days after receiving the product at your doorstep.
- However, we recommend the product to be in the same condition as received, unused and packed. Failing which, we are sorry to say, it may not be accepted.
- The invoice of the product; both electronic and hard copy are acknowledged; is to be provided when necessary.
Refund:
- Once you return a product, we would pick it up as early as possible by and once it reaches Onehsoppe towers we will notify you.
- The product will undergo a scrutiny by the team and the customer will be notified regarding proceedings.
- If accepted, part or full refund begins immediately and the status of refund will be updated to you timely.
- The part or full amount (refund) will reflect in your account or card used while making purchase based on the used banker policies.
Cancellation prior delivery:
- In case, you cancel a product before its delivery, immediate refund would be imitated only if shipping had not began.

Note: The product has to be packed and ready before the pickup. The pickup would be taken care by our logistic service partner (LSP), any delays in pickup or delivery holds their responsibility.
