Delivery Policy

We love to bring our products at your doorstep. By all the means and supplies we strive in bringing you all our products at the earliest possible and for the same we follow a few polices and the same are recommended to be understood for unaltered shipping and delivery. Shipping, Delivery and return and refund polices are linked all but for a simple cause of customer service. We are partnered with shipping and delivery logistics for serving our customers. What we don’t stay liable is if any delays are caused from our partnered logistics end.

For a timely delivery, we would need a set of things from you and all in a conditioned protocol.

1.       A complete delivery address with landmarks (address for which shipping of products is viable) and delivery being possible during working hours

a.   All the orders received before on or before 12 PM (IST) are delivered within 3 business days upon confirmation of order by Fitjars

b.   All the orders received after  012 PM (IST) are delivered within  business days upon confirmation of order by Fitjars

c.         All the orders received on  holidays, weekends and some unforeseen holidays recognized by Fitjars are delivered within  business days upon confirmation of order by Fitjars

2.       Fijtars ships according to the delivery timelines provided for each product. We ensure that we ship as early as possible, but for some products, the timelines are longer upon conditions.

3.       The products ordered by a customer is handed to the shipping logistics in dot time from our end and the partnered shippers would strive to bring it to the delivery address within the stipulated period, However, any delays from there end are to be time-honored and we do not stay liable for the same.

4.       Fitjars holds the reservation of shipping the products on its own, it at all necessary

5.       Fijtars does not assume any sourcing risk especially with reference to a purchase by description and the customer remains liable for his own risk.

6.       Fijtars is only obliged to ship from existing stock or from stock ordered from our shipping partners or order directly received.

7.       For timely and smooth delivery of products, customers or his representatives are expected to be at the delivery address to receive the product without fail.

8.       Fijtars reserves the right to cancel/alter/redeem and order wherein if the delivery of the item/product(s)/services(s) is failed due to customers unavailability/fault.  Payments already made will be refunded or store credited depending up on the scenario.

9.       Fijtars asks you to inform the deliverer and Fijtars as soon as possible about obvious transport damage. Doing so has no influence on your warranty rights.

10.    In cases of force majeure, shipping duration may increase within reason. Force majeure shall include strike, exclusion, official intervention, and energy or resource scarcity, shipping difficulties, business complications such as fire or water damage to machinery, lightning or any other unforeseeable business complications for which Fijtars cannot be held responsible. Fijtars will communicate starting and ending point of such shipping impediments immediately.

11.    All delivery times mentioned are applicable after confirmation of order from us. For Cash-on-Delivery orders, this is after we have called and confirmed the order from your end. All order confirmations must be completed within 72 hours. After this time-period if customer does not confirm order, it is up to the discretion of Fijtars to cancel/alter the order.

12.    Proof of signature may or may not be received upon our discern depending upon products and shipping possibilities
